Tiptree

The first ‘Tiptree’ conserves were made in 1885 on the Tiptree estate and are still made there to this day. Fruit crops include strawberries, loganberries, mulberries and damsons to name but a few. Their signature fruit is the Little Scarlet strawberry, a tiny wild variety, originally brought to the UK by the Wilkin family in the early 1900's.

Kitchen Craft

Originally established in 1850 by a gentleman named Thomas Plant, Kitchen Craft specialised in the manufacturing and wholesale of ironmongery and household products. Many of their customers still refer to them as Thomas Plant and have dealt with them for decades reflecting their rich heritage. In 1996 they changed their name from Thomas Plant to Kitchen Craft to give customers more indication of what they do and began establishing themselves as market leaders.

Dexam

Dexam is a passion that started over 60 years ago with a small portable barbecue. Two brothers started the company 1957, travelling round the world discovering great products for improving the home, and importing them into the UK. They had a one room office, a high desk, a typewriter and a couple of dogs. Their wives did most of the packing, and their children came in to help - or hinder - at weekends. Their first delivery went to a shop in Ilkley, Yorkshire, which is still a customer to this day. And one of the children helping out back then is still there today.
